The Quick Way

If you are confident, you can download get-pips4u.sh and run it

# get the script
wget https://scm.cri.ensmp.fr/svn/nlpmake/trunk/makes/get-pips4u.sh
chmod u+x get-pips4u.sh
# display some info
./get-pips4u.sh --help

And then choose one of the two retrieving method :

# run it in user mode (fetch tar.gz)
./get-pips4u.sh

# run it in developer mode (use svn)
./get-pips4u.sh --devel
